CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist (Wellness Brand – Arketa Platform)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to help build out our client journey and automations within Arketa for a growing online yoga and fitness studio.

This is a project-based role to start, with the potential for ongoing work.

Our brand, Naja Yoga™, focuses on intentional movement, elevated simplicity, and a non-salesy, supportive client experience. We are looking for someone who can create systems that reflect that tone while improving engagement and retention.

Scope of Work

Set up core CRM automations within Arketa

Build client journeys from lead to trial to member to retention

Create and organize tags, segments, and lists

Develop email and SMS flows including welcome, engagement, and retention

Optimize for client experience, not just conversions

Ensure messaging aligns with a clean, elevated, wellness-focused brand voice

Initial Project Includes

New Lead or Welcome Flow

Trial or First Class Conversion Flow

We Miss You or Re-engagement Flow

Basic segmentation setup including active, inactive, and new leads

Ideal Candidate

Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, Arketa preferred

Familiar with tools like Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot

Strong understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing

Ability to write thoughtful, brand-aligned email and SMS copy

Experience in wellness, fitness, or yoga is a plus

Able to think strategically and execute inside the platform
