Job Description
We’re looking for a highly skilled Constant Contact Automation Specialist to build, optimize CRM and marketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and fully configure Constant Contact CRM
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows
- Create high-converting email campaign sequences (nurture, sales, re-engagement)
- Develop and implement automated SMS/text campaign sequences
- Design and optimize lead follow-up sequences to increase conversion rates
- Integrate CRM with Website, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Build CRM dashboards, reports, and sales pipelines
- Track and manage customer purchases across a few products/services
- Create and optimize Instagram DM automation sequences for lead engagement and conversion
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience with Constant Contact (or similar CRM platforms)
- Strong background in marketing automation
- Email + SMS + IG DM automation
- Social integrations (IG, TikTok, FB)
- Skilled in copywriting for email, SMS, and DM outreach
- Experience integrating CRM systems with social media platforms
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to build and interpret reports
- Pipeline + reporting
- Purchase tracking
- Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
