Upkeep Media is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, content marketing, video marketing, and website optimization for companies in the property management industry. We are looking for a detail-focused Digital Content Editor to support our content production and help improve the quality and performance of our online content.

Job Summary

The Digital Content Editor will proofread, edit, format, and optimize digital content including blogs, landing pages, and website copy. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in SEO and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread blog posts, website content, and landing pages
• Improve grammar, clarity, structure, and overall readability
• Optimize content for SEO (training provided)
• Format content within WordPress, Grav or other CMS platforms
• Check content for accuracy, consistency, and correct formatting
• Organize content files in Google Drive and project management tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve content performance.

• Strong English writing and editing skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organized and able to multitask across multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to learn quickly and follow established content guidelines
• Interest in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing
• Reliable, punctual, and communicates clearly
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Requirements

• Reliable internet connection
• Personal laptop/computer
• Availability for 40 hours/week between 9–5 EST
• Comfortable editing and writing in English
