  • Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with assigned clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by offering additional services and solutions to meet evolving client needs.
  • Ensure successful project execution by coordinating with internal teams, monitoring timelines, and upholding quality standards.
  • Understand client objectives and work with sales and technical teams to devise and implement solutions that address their business challenges.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly to uphold high levels of satisfaction and minimize risks.
  • Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on project progress, performance metrics, and potential future opportunities.
  • Assist in crafting proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing the renewal process to ensure alignment with client needs and company capabilities.

A degree in B.Tech (CS/IT), MBA, or a relevant field is preferred for this role at Unthinkable Solutions. Additionally, you should have proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales within the IT services sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
