Job Description
You will be responsible for installing and providing technical support for Synersoft BLACKbox solutions for customers in Mumbai. This includes providing remote support using tools such as TeamViewer or Ammy Admin, as well as visiting customer locations when required for installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting. You will also support and manage BLACKbox features such as Firewall, File Server, Mail Server, Endpoint Security, Storage & Backup, and Domain Controller. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving system, network, and software issues, while maintaining proper documentation of installations and support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and provide technical support for Synersoft BLACKbox solutions
- Provide remote support using tools like TeamViewer or Ammy Admin
- Visit customer locations for installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting
- Support and manage BLACKbox features including Firewall, File Server, Mail Server, Endpoint Security, Storage & Backup, and Domain Controller
- Diagnose and resolve system, network, and software issues
- Maintain proper documentation of installations and support activities
Qualifications Required:
- Knowledge of computer assembly and hardware troubleshooting
- Installation and configuration of Windows OS and Linux
- Network configuration and troubleshooting
- Configuration of routers and switches
- Good English communication skills
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel
