Primary Responsibilities
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle, with a solid focus on coding, testing, and debugging
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
- Collaborate closely with team members to design, develop, and deploy new features
- Optimize and enhance the performance of existing software applications
- Communicate effectively and regularly with management and technical support teams
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support security initiatives and implement necessary vulnerability fixes
- Participate in Scrum meeting, design reviews, test case reviews, and production support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for go/no go decision
- Incident Management: Manage incidents that require more in-depth technical knowledge, including detailed troubleshooting and analysis
- Monitoring Systems: Continuously monitor the performance of IT systems and applications, ensuring that any potential issues are identified and addressed proactively, monitor Splunk and create reports as needed
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech / MCA / Msc / MTech
- 2+ years of experience in the IT industry
- 2+ years of experience Java / Developer
- Experience with Java concepts and patterns including Java, Eclipse, Maven
- Solid knowledge of Java, Kafka, MongoDB, Spring Boot, Microservices and Rest APIs, Python
- Knowledge of Pipelines, Artifactory, GIT, Unit Testing and Mocking
- Knowledge of Database: MongoDB
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and Technologies: Open Shift & Azure
- Proven ability to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirements
- Proven solid problem solving, analytical kills, Good communication and presentation skills, good attitude and self-motivated
