Why we are looking for a Lead, Talent Acquisition:

As Uniqode scales, hiring top talent is key to our growth. We’re seeking a Lead, Talent Acquisition to drive strategic hiring, particularly for technical roles. This role will lead end to end recruitment, advise senior leadership, and align hiring with business goals. By identifying top talent from the market, refining recruitment strategies, and enhancing candidate experience, this person will shape our teams and build a strong talent pipeline

What we are looking for in our Lead, Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead end-to-end hiring, offer negotiation and closure for all Tech roles such as: software engineers (frontend, backend, full-stack), data scientists, ML engineers, and solution architects
  • Own recruiting metrics: time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source-of-hire and pipeline conversion.
  • Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies - LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche communities, referral campaigns, and targeted events. Build and maintain a warm talent pipeline for recurring and anticipated roles.
  • Develop Uniqode’s presence as a destination employer in the tech community.
  • Work closely with engineering managers and senior leadership to define role requirements, assessment criteria, and hiring timelines.
  • Regularly audit the interview processes and calibration frameworks with hiring teams
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and hiring forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Drive senior and leadership-level hiring for tech positions, working closely with stakeholders across the organization and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely feedback and clear communication.
  • Collaborate within the P&C team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

What we expect from you:

  • 5-6 years of experience in tech recruiting in B2B SaaS, agencies or tech product companies.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering roles and tech stacks (React, Node.js, Python, Java, cloud infrastructure, ML/AI) and familiarity with engineering org structures in the industry
  • Ability to evaluate technical fit at a screening level without relying solely on hiring manager input.
  • Strong knowledge of the tech landscape, including emerging technologies, in-demand skill sets, target company trends
  • Work closely with engineering managers and senior leadership to define role requirements and assessment
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for future roles.
  • Exceptional communication with both candidates and senior stakeholders.
  • High autonomy and structured follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience on 1-2 Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), proficiency in multi channel sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche communities
