Role Summar

yWe are looking for an experienced Commercial Claims professional to manage end-to-end claims servicing for our Corporate General Insurance clients. The role involves handling claims across Property, Marine, Engineering, Liability, Financial Lines, Commercial Motor, and other non-Employee Benefits lines, while ensuring timely settlement and a seamless client experience

Key Responsibiliti

esManage the complete lifecycle of commercial insurance claims from intimation to final settlemen
t.Handle claims related to Property & Fire, Marine Cargo & Marine Hull, Engineering, Liability, Financial Lines, Commercial Motor, and Miscellaneous General Insurance product
s.Coordinate with insurers, surveyors, investigators, lawyers, and clients throughout the claims proces
s.Review policy coverage and advise clients on claim admissibilit
y.Scrutinize claim documents and ensure complete and accurate submissio
n.Follow up with insurers for timely assessment and settlemen
t.Negotiate with insurers to achieve fair and timely claim outcome
s.Keep clients informed with regular claim status update
s.Resolve claim-related queries and escalations professionall
y.Maintain claim records and prepare periodic MIS report
s.Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal processe
s.Support account servicing teams on policy wording and claims-related matter
s.Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance client experienc
