Job Title: Customer Support Representative - Voice (Bilingual: Hindi/English)

Location: Mangalore

Position Type: Full-Time

Shift: Rotational Night shifts (including weekends and holidays)

About The Job

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who speaks Hindi and English to assist customers over the phone. You will help members with court cases , attorney services , and fuel services . You will listen carefully, provide answers, and ensure the customers are satisfied with the help they receive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and assist customers in Hindi most of the time (80%), and in English when needed (20%).
  • Help customers with court-related questions, legal matters, and attorney services.
  • Assist customers with fuel services, including account-related inquiries, fuel delivery, and any issues they may have.
  • Record customer details and update information in our system accurately.
  • Provide basic guidance on legal processes, court dates, and fuel-related services.
  • Escalate issues to other teams if needed, especially for complex inquiries.
  • Keep all customer conversations confidential and follow privacy rules.
  • Meet performance goals like solving problems quickly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work with a team and attend training to improve your skills.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Fluent in Hindi and English, with clear communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar job, especially on the phone will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of using computers (like switching between different screens and using simple software).
  • Ability to solve problems and handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
  • Attention to detail when recording or updating customer information.
  • Able to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Graduate (any field).
  • Comfortable with basic computer tasks like navigating multiple screens or systems.
  • Knowledge of court processes or fuel services is a bonus but not required.
