Description
We are seeking certified Structural Welders / Journeyman Welders with current CWB certification to join our team on a long-term project in Northwest Edmonton. The role focuses on structural steel welding, fabrication, and installation in a fast-paced construction environment. Key
Responsibilities
- Weld and fabricate structural steel components (columns, beams, bracing, girts, etc.)
- Perform structural welding using FCAW and other processes
- Work with steel erection and miscellaneous steel installation
- Maintain high-quality welds and adhere to project specifications
- Follow all site safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman Welder or Structural Welder certification
- Current CWB certification (mandatory)
- Valid FallPro certification (mandatory)
- Valid Lift / MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) ticket (mandatory)
- Minimum 3+ years of structural welding experience in industrial or commercial settings
- Own basic welding tools and reliable transportation
- Strong safety focus and ability to work at heights
