Leasing Consultant – High-Performing Community

In this role, you’ll guide prospects through the leasing journey—from first tour to move-in—while building meaningful connections and contributing to a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Tour prospective residents and showcase the community with confidence and professionalism
- Manage the full leasing process from initial inquiry through application and move-in
- Build strong relationships with residents to support retention and renewals
- Consistently meet and exceed leasing and occupancy goals
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, results-driven environment

*The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate. **To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the first day after the holiday.
Qualifications
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and resident satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems
- Sales-driven with an understanding of leasing and closing techniques
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous property management, leasing, or sales experience required
Schedule Requirements:
- Availability to work peak business days, including Fridays and Saturdays
- Occasional Sundays and holidays as needed
- Flexibility to work at least one closing shift per week
Work Environment
- Office and onsite property environment
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
