Key purpose
As CMS / Web Experience Manager, you are responsible for building, maintaining, and optimising website pages within the company’s content management systems. Acting as a key interface between Marketing Business Partners and the Global Website Team, you drive efficient CMS workflows, enable localization, and support the continuous improvement of website features and performance.
Main responsibilities incl. deliverables
- Creates and updates webpages based on marketing, SEO and content input.
- Applies and maintains templates in the content management system (CMS) in line with brand guidelines.
- Uses and supports standard components and page elements for different webpage formats.
- Ensures webpages meet basic standards for performance, SEO, and usability across devices.
- Implements tracking and media assets correctly and performs quality checks on pages.
- Builds and maintains localised webpages, ensuring consistent structure and naming.
- Provides CMS support and resolves content-related issues.
- Works closely with the Marketing Business Partners and the Content Experts team to ensure that website content reflects the latest marketing campaigns and company messaging.
- Manages localisation requests and ensures timely delivery of webpages.
Skills set
- Demonstrate expertise in editorial management, web content development, and SEO.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing, and audience analytics. Agency background preferred.
- Global mindset and flexibility to work in different cultural contexts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Experience in different market segments and industries preferred.
- Proficiency in content management systems (Sitecore preferred) and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for UX and User Journey topics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
