About the Role
The E-Mail Automation Expert - Marketo Specialist will drive marketing automation excellence, optimize customer engagement, and enable scalable, personalized E-Mail campaigns through Marketo.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end development and execution of E-Mail campaigns in Marketo
- Build and optimize automated nurture programs, triggers, and customer journeys
- Database management & segmentation strategies in Marketo
- E-Mail performance analysis and reporting with actionable recommendations
- Ensure data privacy & compliance (GDPR, double opt-in, etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into campaign strategies
- Develop and maintain Marketo templates & best practices documentation
- Support training and onboarding of business users on Marketo

- Campaign delivery accuracy (error-free execution)
- E-mail engagement rates (CTR, OR conversion)
- Automation program adoption rate
- Database growth & data quality
- Time-to-market for campaign requests

Qualifications
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Marketo (Smart Campaigns, Engagement Programs, Scoring, Forms, Tokens, etc.)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices
- Solid knowledge of database management, lead lifecycle, and segmentation
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting & performance tracking
- Strong project management & communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and structured working style
- Experience in B2B environment preferred
- Marketo certification is a plus
- Fluent English skills are mandatory
