What You'll Do
- Build and take full ownership of the marketing analytics function from the ground up
- Transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Design and deliver dynamic dashboards and performance reports across multiple channels
- Leverage data insights to optimize digital campaigns (paid, social, email, web)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, investment teams, and external vendors
- Develop comprehensive measurement frameworks and advanced attribution models
- Lead innovative testing and experimentation to enhance marketing ROI
Core Tech & Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI as the primary dashboarding tool
- Experience with Tableau or similar visualization platforms
- Advanced skills in Power Query / Excel for effective data transformation
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM analytics tools
- Expertise in digital analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo)
- Knowledge of survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics)
- Strong data storytelling and executive-level presentation skills
Required:
- Background in private equity or financial services
- Experience with attribution modeling techniques
- Familiarity with AI and automation in analytics workflows
- Exposure to brand tracking and customer insights
