About the Opportunity
A global organization is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative and project support across multiple people-focused functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
The Role
The HR Coordinator will support day-to-day HR operations through scheduling, communication, project coordination, onboarding support, and administrative management. This individual will work closely with multiple teams to help ensure a positive employee and candidate experience while keeping programs and processes running smoothly.
Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support
- Coordinate candidate interviews and scheduling with hiring managers and interview teams.
- Assist with candidate communications and interview logistics.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and related recruiting activities.
- Support job posting administration and recruiting projects.
- Prepare and process new hire documentation.
- Provide administrative support to recruiting initiatives and events.
Employee Engagement & Culture Support
- Assist with employee engagement programs, communications, and events.
- Support employee resource groups and internal initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, communications, and program materials.
- Help maintain a positive employee experience through operational support.
Learning & Development Support
- Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire experiences.
- Support training-related communications and scheduling.
- Draft and distribute internal correspondence and program updates.
- Assist with learning and development projects as needed.
HR Operations & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects, research, and reporting.
- Maintain records, forms, and internal documentation.
- Support employment branding, employee programs, and departmental initiatives.
QualificationsRequired
- Administrative, coordination, customer service, or HR support experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Professional, polished, and service-oriented approach.
- Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting HR, recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, or related functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, or workforce management systems.
- Familiarity with UKG or similar HR systems.
