About the job:
We are seeking a highly driven hunter to lead new client acquisition for our IT staffing services, with a focus on small and mid-sized businesses. This role is exclusively focused on generating new businessthere are no responsibilities related to delivery, account management, or farming existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new direct clients for IT staffing services
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound efforts (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls)
- Engage with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, hiring managers) to understand hiring needs
- Convert qualified opportunities into signed staffing agreements
- Transition successfully closed accounts to the internal delivery team
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales or IT staffing business development
- Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills with a disciplined approach
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, commission-based environment
- Proven ability to consistently generate new client accounts (new logos)
Success Metrics:
- Acquisition of new clients and execution of signed staffing agreements
- Development of a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly new business targets
