Role Description

This is a full-time, work from office role for a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Specialist - HR, based in New Delhi. The specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including full-life cycle recruiting, finding prospective placement consultants, campus hirings, NAPS/NATS, interviewing, and hiring. Key responsibilities include sourcing top talent, enhancing employer branding efforts to attract skilled candidates, and developing strong relationships with hiring managers to fulfill business needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and managing candidate evaluations
• Skilled in Hiring processes and workforce planning
• Knowledge of Employer Branding to attract top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is a plus
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Salary Scale

Rs.45000 to 55000/- per month
