Hiring: HR Manager | Tress Lounge | India
Tress Lounge is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resources operations across our growing salon, academy, and franchise network in India & International.
As we continue our national and international expansion, we are looking for a professional who can build strong HR systems, drive organizational culture, support franchise operations, and manage end-to-end people processes with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across salons, academy, corporate, and franchise operations
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, onboarding systems, and employee engagement initiatives
- Handle employee relations, performance management, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance processes
- Support franchise HR operations and ensure brand-wide people standards are maintained
- Build training coordination systems in alignment with operational and academy teams
- Maintain HR documentation, contracts, employee records, and statutory compliance
- Drive retention strategies and organizational culture initiatives
- Coordinate with leadership for workforce planning and expansion hiring requirements
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, wellness, salon, luxury service, or franchise businesses
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, labor compliance, and team management
- Experience managing multi-location teams is preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
