Job Description
As an Integrated Marketing Manager at our company, your role will involve planning and executing 360 integrated marketing campaigns across various channels such as ATL, BTL, Digital, Retail, and PR. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, including ideation, execution, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis. Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints in line with the brand strategy will be crucial. You will also support product launches and GTM strategies with impactful communication plans, collaborating with Media teams for campaign planning and optimization. Working closely with PR teams to align communication across different channels and partnering with Sales and Retail teams for in-store visibility and activations are key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will track and analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and develop consumer insights for effective communication strategies. Managing agency relationships and supporting marketing budget planning for cost efficiency will also be part of your responsibilities. Coordination with cross-functional teams for seamless execution is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute 360 integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Retail, and PR channels
- Drive end-to-end campaign management including ideation, execution, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints in line with brand strategy
- Support product launches and GTM strategies with impactful communication plans
- Collaborate with Media teams for campaign planning, media strategy, and performance optimization
- Work closely with PR teams to align communication across earned, owned, and paid channels
- Partner with Sales and Retail teams to translate campaigns into strong in-store visibility and activations
- Execute BTL initiatives, retail campaigns, brand events, and POSM deployment
- Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing KPIs; suggest optimization strategies
- Develop consumer insights and market understanding to drive effective communication strategies
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the consumer electronics/smartphone category
- Manage agency relationships including creative, media, and production partners
- Support marketing budget planning and utilization ensuring cost efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, E-commerce, Digital, Global IMC) for seamless execution
Qualifications Required:
- 4-7 years of experience in Integrated Marketing / Brand / IMC roles, preferably in consumer electronics, smartphones, or technology brands
- Strong understanding of 360 marketing (ATL, BTL, Digital, Retail) with proven campaign execution experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end product launches and high-impact marketing campaigns
- Solid grasp of brand building, brand positioning, and communication strategy
- Strong consumer insight orientation with the ability to translate market understanding into effective campaigns
- Experience working with media planning, PR, and agency partners
- Exposure to retail marketing / BTL activations / on-ground campaigns is highly preferred
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking, ROI analysis, and marketing KPIs
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Retail, PR, and Digital teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment
- High ownership, execution-driven, and result-oriented approach
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
