About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Specialist who can own and scale organic growth for a fast-growing fintech company. The role focuses on improving search visibility, driving qualified traffic, and optimizing conversion funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
Conduct keyword research aligned with business goals and target audience (global SaaS, fintech companies)
Optimize website structure, landing pages, and blog content
Perform technical audits (site speed, indexing, crawlability, schema)

Performance & Analytics:

Track and analyse SEO performance using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
Improve organic rankings for high-intent keywords
Drive organic traffic and conversions (demo requests, sign-ups)
Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities

Off-Page SEO:

Build and execute backlink strategies
Develop partnerships for guest posting and domain authority improvement

Collaboration:

Work closely with content, design, and product teams
Support landing page optimisation for marketing campaigns

Requirements

4–5 years of hands-on SEO experience
