Job Summary

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of Indian taxation laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliation
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
• Ensure timely GST compliance, including returns (GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B) and reconciliations
• Assist in TDS calculations, filings, and related compliances
• Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support year‑end closing and financial documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Accounting
• Relevant professional certification (CA‑Inter / CMA‑Inter – preferred)

Experience & Skills

• 0 to 5 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances in India
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar)

Strong Excel skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
