Job Description
Job Summary
Our company manages performance-based marketing campaigns for personal injury law firms across the country. Millions of dollars flow through our campaigns annually, and our clients rely on us to generate signed cases, not vanity metrics.
This is a client ownership role inside a fast-growing performance marketing company where campaign performance, responsiveness, retention, and accountability matter.
The right person has likely worked inside a marketing agency, lead generation company, media buying organization, legal marketing company, or performance-focused environment where clients were spending real money and expected measurable results.
You should be the type of person who naturally tracks details others miss.
The type who follows up before being asked.
The type who notices a CPA trend moving in the wrong direction before the client ever sees the report.
The type who gets anxious when something is undocumented.
The type who would rather solve a problem than explain why it happened.
Frankly, if you're not highly organized, this job will expose you quickly.
If you've never managed clients whose ad spend could grow from $10,000 per month to $100,000+ per month based solely on trust, results, and your ability to advise them, this probably isn't the role for you.
We are a performance marketing company serving personal injury law firms nationwide.
Our clients don't buy leads.
They buy the ability to sign cases.
They buy revenue.
They buy growth.
The right Client Success Manager understands that behind every lead is an entire economic engine:
Cost Per Lead.
Cost Per Signed Case.
Case Value.
Marketing ROI.
Intake Performance on our end and theirs.
Call drops. Tech stacks. Live transfer failures.
Revenue Per Case.
Profitability.
Client Lifetime Value.
You don't need to be a media buyer.
You don't need to build campaigns.
But you absolutely need to understand how the machine works.
More importantly, you need to be able to translate digital marketing, lead generation, and performance data into language attorneys understand.
Because many attorneys think they understand marketing.
Few actually do.
Your job is to become the trusted advisor they call before making decisions.
The person who can confidently explain what's happening, why it's happening, what we're doing about it, and what the path forward looks like.
A client may start at $10,000 per month.
Six months later they may be spending $50,000.
A year later they may be spending $100,000.
The largest relationships may eventually spend hundreds of thousands or even millions annually.
That growth happens because of trust.
Trust comes from communication.
Communication comes from organization.
Organization comes from ownership.
That's why client retention, account growth, and operational excellence are the entire game.
What You'll Actually Do
You will own a portfolio of attorney clients from onboarding forward.
You'll be responsible for:
- Building long-term client relationships
- Driving client retention
- Growing account revenue through trust and performance
- Monitoring CPA, CPL, signed case trends, budget pacing, and campaign health
- Conducting recurring strategy and performance reviews
- Coordinating communication between clients and internal teams

- Documenting every commitment and ensuring execution
- Becoming the quarterback of every client relationship
