About the job:
Location: Jodhpur
Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Requirement: L1 Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to users via calls, emails, or ticketing systems
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues
Log and track support tickets and ensure timely resolution
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required
Assist in system monitoring and report any irregularities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and software applications
Support users with password resets, access issues, and basic troubleshooting
Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and processes
Ensure adherence to IT policies and security standards
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, LAN/WAN)
Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote support tools
Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in shifts if required
