Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Advocate role based in Hazaribag. The Advocate will engage in drafting legal documents, analyzing case files, conducting legal research, and appearing in court proceedings. Additional responsibilities include consulting with clients, developing case strategies, and ensuring compliance with legal standards and deadlines. The role requires strong advocacy skills and active participation in case preparation, including negotiations and mediation where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of legal research, legal document drafting, and case law interpretation
• Proficiency in client consultation, case analysis, and strategy formulation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and ensure timely compliance with deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and enrollment with the Bar Council
• Strong ethics, attention to detail, and an organized approach to case handling
• Prior experience in legal practice is an advantage
