Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective homebuyers through the sales process, showcasing new properties, and providing exceptional service to ensure a smooth and engaging experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The Pre-Construction Realtor will be a key member of a growing team at Timberstone Realty. This individual will be expected to be a member of a sales team and play an active role in selling, administering and representing key builder clients in communities across the GTA.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and be the ideal team player for achieving sales success.

Duties

  • Prospect, outreach and follow up with sales leads
  • Prepare Agreements for Purchase, Amendments, and related documents
  • Greet walk-in customers at the Builder’s Sales Office
  • Sales Office management ensuring the Sales Office is kept to a high level of standard
  • Communicate with external sales representatives, brokers, clients and purchasers
  • Provide input on Sales and Marketing strategies, product development and design, marketing collateral and pricing
  • Conduct market research and studies for relative competitors in the direct market and liaison with competitors
  • Manage inventory of product and ensure accurate information
  • Educate purchasers on the Agreement for Purchase, Builder policies, and amendments
  • Exemplify exceptional customer service responding to inquiries, questions and requests for information in a timely manner
  • Conduct property tours and presentations to highlight features and benefits of new homes
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties through various channels

Skills

  • Licensed Realtor in good standing with RECO
  • Experience working within a New Home Sales Office (willing to train)
  • Flexible to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Experience with CRM systems considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Suite Software
  • Familiar with Pre-Construction Sales Technology (SaleFish, NewStar, Spark.re..etc.) (willing to train)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel to communities within the GTA
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team setting to achieve sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent marketing knowledge to promote properties and generate leads
  • Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency preferred to serve diverse client bases
  • Administrative experience to manage documentation and client records efficiently
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building trust and rapport
  • Effective communication skills for clear presentations and negotiations
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and follow-up activities simultaneously

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
