Digital Marketing Executive

ABOUT US

We're a fast-growing consumer brand operating two product lines — ripple+, a zero-nicotine botanical

inhalable, and Droplets, a home fragrance brand spanning reed diffusers, incense, wax warmers, and more.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a highly organised, execution-focused paid media operator to support our growth team.

This is a hands-on, delivery-driven role — you'll be responsible for uploading, updating, and maintaining

campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok on a day-to-day basis. You won't be setting strategy; you'll be

the person who makes sure everything is live, accurate, and optimised.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Upload, update, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
Implement changes to ad sets, budgets, audiences, and creatives as directed
Monitor campaign performance and flag issues or anomalies promptly
Maintain clean, consistent campaign structures and naming conventions
Troubleshoot ad disapprovals and policy flags, escalating where needed
Keep tracking and reporting data accurate and up to date in Google Sheets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads — uploading, managing, and optimising

campaigns directly

Confident, daily user of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) — you use AI to solve problems,

draft copy, and move faster

Strong Google Sheets skills — QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, pivot tables, and clean data management
High attention to detail and ability to follow briefs precisely
A problem-solver who works through issues independently before escalating
TikTok Ads experience is a bonus
Retail media buying experience is a bonus
