🚨 We're Hiring: Administrator / Director of Nursing — Home Health 📍 Northern Virginia | Full-Time | Founding Leadership Role
Thrive Health Care Services is launching a Medicare-certified skilled home health division, and we're looking for an experienced RN leader to build it with us from day one.
This isn't a seat-warmer role. Our 855A is approved, our Joint Commission deemed survey is passed, and we're waiting on our PTAN. You'd be stepping into a fully accredited agency with established pediatric and adult private duty nursing and personal care divisions — meaning HR, billing, and intake infrastructure are already in place. Your job is to build the clinical program, shape the culture, and grow a sustainable census across Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, Loudoun, and Prince William.
What you'll own: ✔️ Full clinical and operational leadership of the HH division ✔️ QAPI program design and execution ✔️ OASIS review, 485 oversight, survey readiness ✔️ Referral development across NOVA ✔️ Building the team as census
