Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, for a Contractual Representative in Professional Cosmetic and Sun Care Product Sales. The role involves managing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and promoting product offerings to skincare professionals and clients. Key responsibilities include cultivating client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, managing sales operations, and offering training to customers and partners on proper product usage. The role also involves achieving sales targets and contributing to expanding the brand’s presence in the professional skincare market.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs and deliver an exceptional client experience
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including developing and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and meeting sales KPIs
- Experience in Training clients or partners with detailed product knowledge for effective use and promotion
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Previous experience in professional cosmetics or skincare products is a strong asset
- Proficiency in French and English is required for effective communication
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Contract Terms
- Status: Contractual – Self-employed;
- Compensation: Commission-based;
- Territory: Greater Montreal Area;
- Duration: Indefinite, terminable by either party with written notice;
