About Renellence
Renellence is a Canadian company partnered with legacy global brands in aesthetic medicine. Our portfolio is anchored by Saypha dermal fillers and Needle Concept cannulas, two names with deep credibility in the global injector community. We are building a senior commercial team to lead the next chapter of aesthetic medicine in Canada, and we are hiring across four provinces.
The Opportunity
We are hiring Account Managers to own and grow key territories in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, and Alberta.
This is a foundational hire. You will inherit a defined territory, a portfolio that injectors already respect, and direct access to the leadership team building this business. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will partner with practice owners and key opinion leaders to drive adoption of the Renellence portfolio, deliver clinical education in-office and at industry events, and shape how Renellence shows up in your market through a consultative selling approach.
For experienced candidates with the right seniority and track record, we are also hiring at the District Business Managerlevel. The DBM role carries full accountability for a region, leads a team of Account Managers, reports to the Head of Commercial Strategy, and helps shape national commercial strategy. What you will own
- Territory business plans, call plans, and quarterly forecasts
- KOL development and key account growth
- In-office training, group presentations, and educational programs
- Patient demand generation and treatment adoption support for partner practices
- Competitive intelligence and market feedback to leadership
- Brand representation at conferences, trade shows, and regional events
Who we are looking for
You have spent at least three to five years in aesthetic medicine, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales, and you have the numbers to prove it. You understand how injectors think. You have built relationships with practice owners and KOLs in your territory and you can pick up the phone today. You run a disciplined book of business. You close.
This is a high accountability role designed for high performers who want to champion their territory, take full ownership of their market, and have direct access to leadership. We are looking for individuals who want their contribution measured by what they help build.
For District Business Manager consideration, add five plus years in aesthetic medicine specifically, demonstrated experience developing other reps (formally or as a senior individual contributor who elevated the people around them), and a track record of building a region or vertical from early stage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Existing relationships with injectors and practice owners in your target territory
- Demonstrated success managing KOL relationships, executing clinical education events, and developing territory business plans
- Consistent record of exceeding quota in a performance driven environment
- Clinical fluency across the aesthetics category
- Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
- Independent operator with a hunter mentality and the discipline to back it up
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory
- Availability for occasional evening and weekend educational events
- Quebec candidates must be fluent in French and English
- All activities conducted within applicable industry regulations and company policies
Compensation
Competitive base salary, performance-driven incentive structure, and full benefits. Specifics shared during the interview process. We invest in our reps. We expect a return.
Pay: $85,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
