Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Concierge Women’s Health
Location: Chevy Chase, MD (on-site)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, daytime hours, no nights or weekends.

The Washington Wellness Group is a boutique, direct-pay concierge gynecology practice in Chevy Chase, dedicated to menopause care, preventive health, and personalized, high-touch care for professional women. We keep our panels small so that every visit is unhurried and every member feels seen, heard, and cared for.
The role
We are seeking an experienced, polished, and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse to provide exceptional clinical support within a refined women's health environment. This is a role for a professional who values personalized care, discretion, attention to detail, and excellence in service.
What you will do
- Deliver attentive, concierge-level clinical support across the member visit.
- Prepare members for examination and assist the physician during gynecologic procedures, including chaperoning.
- Perform phlebotomy and administer medications and injections as ordered, within the Maryland LPN scope.
- Coordinate referrals, imaging, prior authorizations, and surgery scheduling seamlessly.
- Gather and document member-reported symptoms for physician review, and process refill requests under protocol with physician authorization.
- Maintain accurate athenaOne documentation and a smooth, unhurried patient flow.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and refined experience at every interaction.
What you bring
- Current Maryland LPN license in good standing.
- Two or more years of outpatient clinical experience preferred; women's health, OB/GYN, or concierge or private-practice experience strongly preferred.
- Current BLS certification, or within thirty days of hire.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, discreet demeanor.
- Strong organization and the ability to anticipate member and provider needs.
- EHR proficiency, athenaOne preferred, and a commitment to confidentiality and patient-centered care.
Pay: $35.24 - $42.44 per hour
