Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Production role based in Mawal. The role involves preparing and producing food and beverage items according to established recipes, brand standards, and hygiene guidelines. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent food quality, supporting menu execution during service periods, and coordinating with service staff to deliver timely orders. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness and safety in the production areas, managing basic inventory for ingredients and supplies, and assisting with special events or banquets as required.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Food & Beverage and Culinary Skills, with the ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards.
• Experience in Food Service operations, including coordination with kitchen and service teams.
• Proven Customer Service and Communication skills to support internal collaboration and guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and basic kitchen equipment handling.
• Relevant education or certification in hospitality, culinary arts, or food production is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment.
