Role Description:

We’re looking for a Sales Associate who loves fashion, is dynamic, and thrives in a lively retail environment. If you’re energetic, presentable, and passionate about creating memorable in-store experiences, driving sales, and delivering a premium customer experience, then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection, styling and purchase decisions.
• Assist customers with sizes, fits and brand comparisons to enhance their shopping experience.
• Convert customer interactions into successful sales opportunities.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
• Handle billing, returns, and exchanges smoothly.
• Support stock management by helping with inventory checks and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Maintain store display and cleanliness.
• Support store promotions, new launches, and marketing activities.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in fashion retail industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and confident personality.
• Creative mindset with interest in fashion and styling
• Customer-first attitude and sales-driven approach.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, billing processes, and inventory handling.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours as required.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Added Advantage:

• Familiarity with fashion brands.
• Awareness of current fashion trends in men’s and women’s wear.
• Little experience in visual merchandising or styling.
• Opportunity to contribute to social media content (reels, styling videos, product showcases or updates) (optional, for those interested)

Salary Structure:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
