As the Group General Manager (GM) for The Park Elanza Hotels, your role will involve overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of multiple properties located in Coimbatore and Trichy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure excellence in guest services, operational efficiency, and financial performance across all properties. You will lead hotel teams, maintain high standards of hospitality, drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and foster a culture of professionalism and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of multiple properties

• Leading hotel teams and maintaining high standards of hospitality

• Managing travel between hotel locations as needed

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, staff development, and fostering collaborative work environments
• Proficiency in hotel management, budget management, and operational optimization strategies
• Strong skills in hospitality, guest experience enhancement, and delivering exceptional customer service
• Proven ability in sales, revenue management, market analysis, and driving profitability
• Knowledge of compliance standards, property maintenance, and quality assurance
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience as a General Manager or similar senior leadership role in the hospitality industry is required
• Willingness to be stationed in Coimbatore and manage travel between hotel locations as needed
