As an IT Administrator / IT Executive at our company located in Noida Sector 32, your role will involve managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure and day-to-day technical operations. You should have hands-on experience in handling hardware, software, networking, and web hosting environments to ensure seamless system performance and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as an IT Administrator / IT Executive (minimum 2 years mandatory).
- Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and software installation & configuration.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting end-user issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with web hosting environments and control panels such as cPanel, including basic server handling.
- Experience in managing domain registration, DNS configuration, and hosting platforms (GoDaddy or similar).
- Working knowledge of mail server setup and management, including email configuration and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with web servers and domain servers, including monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing, routers, firewalls).
- Knowledge of data backup, antivirus tools, and system security practices.
