About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring all interactions are accurately logged in the required systems.
2. Provide recruitment support to candidates, including fresh applicants and rehires, in line with defined processes.
3. Guide customers and provide navigational support on self-service portals.
4. Perform security verifications in accordance with company policies, procedures, and GDPR guidelines.
5. Make outbound calls to customers as required and in line with company and client guidelines.
6. Maintain high standards of productivity, call quality, and data accuracy while meeting performance targets.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support team objectives.
8. Adhere to all company and departmental policies and operational procedures.
9. Update and maintain process documentation, knowledge bases, and shared repositories.
10. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with company policies.
11. Deliver exceptional customer service to minimize complaints and escalations.
