Receptionist
We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to support front desk operations and provide light clerical support to ensure smooth daily office functions. Hours are 9AM - 1PM Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer/direct phone calls
- Manage emails, mail, and deliveries
- Maintain an organized front office
- Provide basic administrative support (filing, data entry, scheduling)
- Assist with office supplies and general clerical tasks
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of related experience preferred
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor
