We’re looking for a remote Director of Business Development in the Hospitality & Professional services industry.
Our client is a fast-growing organization known for delivering strategic solutions that drive long-term value for clients. The Director of Business Development will cover the AB territory identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Director of Business Development responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation
- Develop customized proposals, presentations, and sales strategies that align with client needs
- Build and manage senior-level relationships within client organizations, including C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client solutions meet expectations and align with strategic goals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM system
The successful candidate has:
- 5-10 years of proven enterprise business development (hunter) sales experience.
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of delivering sales results
- Willingness to adopt and execute a proven sales model while applying their own sales acumen
- Experience managing sales in sectors such as senior living, retirement, or hotel/hospitality
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
Compensation and benefits:
