- You develop, maintain, and enhance statistical models and demand planning tools to predict future demand and identify patterns and trends.
- You support the creation of short-term and long-term demand forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and changing market conditions.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**
- You collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate insights into demand patterns, seasonality, product performance, and market dynamics.
- You prepare and deliver regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and supply chain performance for key stakeholders across supply chain, sales, and finance teams.
- You continuously monitor demand and supply variations and provide actionable insights to proactively mitigate risks and support decision-making.
- **Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**
- You collaborate closely with supply chain, marketing, sales, and finance teams to align demand planning with business strategies, promotions, and seasonal fluctuations.
- You act as a data and analytics expert during demand planning discussions, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for inventory optimization and production planning.
- *Experience**
- You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience as a data analyst in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
- You have hands-on experience with demand forecasting, statistical modeling, and data analysis in a fast-paced environment.
- You are familiar with inventory management principles and core supply chain concepts.
- *Technical Skills**
- You are proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- You have experience working with demand planning software or ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- You possess a strong understanding of statistical forecasting techniques, including time-series analysis, regression analysis, and machine-learning-based forecasting methods.
- You have experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
- *Education**
- You hold a Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
