Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Coordinator based in Montreal, QC. The Event Coordinator will plan, organize, and execute events, ensuring that all logistics and details align seamlessly to meet client expectations. Responsibilities include managing event timelines, liaising with vendors and suppliers, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales efforts by fostering strong client relationships and identifying event opportunities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Event Planning and Event Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in sales or client relationship management is a plus
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using event planning software and tools
• A background in marketing or hospitality is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
