Job Description

You will be joining a dynamic team at The Crimson Cape (TCC), a fast-growing digital marketing agency that collaborates with ambitious brands to tackle real business challenges and encourages a culture of experimentation and learning.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Acquire new B2B clients and brands aligned with TCCs service offerings.
  • Client Servicing & Relationship Management: Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
  • Understand client business goals and translate them into relevant digital, media, and marketing solutions.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (strategy, performance, content, design) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build, track, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand accounts by introducing additional agency services.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closures
  • Revenue & Performance Tracking
  • Expand the client base in Indian and Overseas Market- UAE / US / EU
  • *Qualifications & Skills:**
  • 15 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, B2B Sales, or Media Sales
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or media agency is a plus
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
  • The ability to network and grow revenue in business
