Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Psychology, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in healthcare operations, PAP/PSP programs, patient support services, or call centre operations, with 3–4 years in a team leadership role.
- Experience in managing large healthcare operations teams, client coordination, and patient engagement programs.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, quality processes, AE/ADR reporting, and operational governance.
- Proven ability to manage KPIs, process improvement initiatives, MIS reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in handling cross-functional coordination, vendor management, and scalable healthcare service delivery.
- Additional certifications in healthcare quality, patient support programs, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
