Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle appointments, scheduling, and guest flow management.
Coordinate with therapists and internal teams for smooth operations.
Address guest queries, concerns, and requests promptly.
Maintain accurate guest records and appointment data.
Generate and manage daily reports using Excel and internal systems.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, presentation, and front desk readiness.
Monitor peak hours and manage operational flow effectively.
Follow all internal processes, service protocols, and SOPs.
Required Skills & Qualities
Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation.
Proficiency in booking/scheduling systems (Zenoti, Opera, or equivalent).
Working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
Professional grooming and a guest-first approach.
Team player with strong coordination skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
