Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Therapist & Behavioural Therapist based in Pune City. The therapist will assess children’s speech, language, communication, and behavioral needs, and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, adjusting intervention strategies, and documenting clinical observations and outcomes. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, engaging with parents and caregivers to provide guidance and training, and contributing to early intervention and inclusive education programs. The therapist will also participate in case discussions, maintain ethical and professional standards, and support continuous improvement in therapy services.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Speech Therapy and assessment of speech-related concerns.
• Knowledge and experience working with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
• Ability to manage and treat Dysphagia and related swallowing difficulties.
• Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, Clinical Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a closely related field.
• Experience in behavioral therapy or working with children with developmental and neurodevelopmental conditions.
• Strong observational, documentation, and case management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with multidisciplinary teams and families.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical standards, and ongoing professional development.
