Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships by helping families and businesses understand their coverage options.

Analyze current market offerings to provide competitive and well-suited insurance quotes.

Proactively reach out to prospective clients to offer professional guidance on their protection needs.

Manage incoming inquiries with patience, kindness, and detailed attention to policy specifics.

Document client interactions and updates accurately within the company database.

Participate in regular meetings to share successful sales strategies and support your colleagues.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.

Advanced understanding of insurance products and risk assessment.

Strong comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems.

Excellent verbal communication skills for clear client explanation.

Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients.

High school diploma or equivalent.
