What You’ll Do:

· Oversee daily maintenance and care of hotel and dormitory grounds including,

· Clearly communicate all tasks for the day to associates and follow up as needed.

· Inspect the property regularly to identify needs.

· Ensure proper upkeep of landscaping tools, machinery, and equipment

· Develop and implement schedules for landscaping, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control to ensure optimal plant health.

What We’re Looking For:

· Certifications in landscaping or grounds management are considered an asset.

· Minimum of 2 years experience in groundskeeping or landscaping

· One year experience leading a team.

· Strong knowledge of landscaping, plant care, and irrigation systems.

· Must be able to lift 75lbs with a high level of mobility and flexibility, continuous standing or walking are required.

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather condition.
