Position Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ideation:

· Contribute visual ideas during campaign and client strategy discussions.

· Create mood boards and mock-ups to establish clarity of visual concepts.

· Support pitch ideations and conceptual presentations.

· Contribute to thumbnails and other visual concepts for video content.

2. Execution:

· Deliver creatives aligned with campaign and client objectives.

· Ensure minimum revisions by producing high-quality original designs.

· Create mock posts or collateral wherever required.

· Timely update retainer optimizations and maintain creative asset bank.

3. Management & Coordination:

· Communicate TATs for revisions and impromptu deliverables.

· Maintain MIS, including tracking deliverables, updates, and performance metrics.

· Coordinate with stakeholders and raise discrepancies in operations.

4. Reporting & Analysis:

· Submit creatives for quality check (QC) before release.

· Track and report performance of social and performance creatives.

· Maintain accurate records of data, tasks, and creative deliveries.

5. Research & Learning:

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

· Implement learnings from trainings and workshops in day-to-day work.

· Explore new tools and techniques to improve creative output.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing environment.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.

· Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and digital design trends.

· Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative visuals.

· Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

· Portfolio showcasing social media, performance marketing, and client-focused design work.

Understanding of B2B and B2C Businesses.
