What You'll Do

• Write short-form and long-form content across different formats, genres, brand categories, and digital storytelling approaches.
• Craft strong hooks, openings, and storytelling structures that capture attention and improve retention.
• Refine content based on platform behavior, audience engagement, and performance insights.
• Continuously experiment with formats, structures, storytelling approaches, and content styles.
• Contribute to and write for in-house IPs, including city-centric content platforms like What The Bengaluru, as well as other content properties currently in development.
• Explore diverse content formats ranging from hyperlocal stories and community-led content to brand storytelling.

Who You Are

• You enjoy storytelling, whether it's through a reel, a caption, or a random conversation
• You know the same idea can be told differently depending on who's listening
• You naturally notice what works, what doesn't, and what could be better
• You spend time on social media beyond just scrolling — you pay attention
• You often find yourself reading the comments because that's where the real conversations happen
• You're curious about trends, internet culture, and why people share certain content
• You're comfortable writing in different tones and styles
• You're always collecting ideas, references, screenshots, and inspiration
• You know how to use AI for brainstorming, research, and structuring — but you understand the difference between AI-generated and genuinely good writing
• Most importantly, you're excited to learn, experiment, and get better at the craft
