We are hiring for the position of Executive Assistant – Hospitality.

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to support the Head of Hospitality in driving operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic initiatives across our hotel portfolio.

Work Location : Kochi

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management or Sales & Marketing with a reputed hotel company.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, benchmark, and analyze the financial performance of individual hotels as well as the overall portfolio, identify variances, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate marketing, advertising, branding strategies, and annual marketing calendars to enhance visibility and maximize revenue generation.
• Assess monthly operating expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities by benchmarking against similar hotels, and support initiatives to improve profitability.
• Monitor and ensure that hotel assets are maintained in excellent condition and aligned with brand standards.
• Conduct critical business analyses and support monthly performance reviews, corporate meetings, and board presentations.
• Assist the Head of Hospitality in reviewing annual operating and capital expenditure budgets, providing recommendations based on historical performance, business forecasts, economic outlook, and market trends.
• Track and regularly update business forecasts and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal finance teams and hotel management to compile, validate, and analyze operational and financial data.
• Review capital expenditure proposals, monitor budget utilization, and track actual spending across all hotel projects.
