As a Maintenance Supervisor, your role involves supervising and leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and ISO standards, leading safety audits, and incident investigations
  • Collaborating with production engineering and quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues and improve process reliability
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and equipment optimization through root cause analysis and data-driven insights
  • Managing inventory of critical spare parts and ensuring timely procurement to avoid delays in maintenance activities
