Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Campaigns Plan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for online promotions Manage offline campaigns such as hoardings, events, and site branding 2. Lead Generation Generate leads through digital platforms (Google Ads, social media, property portals) Track and manage leads in CRM systems Coordinate with sales teams for lead conversion 3. Digital Marketing Manage social media platforms and online presence Create and publish marketing content (ads, brochures, posts) Optimize campaigns for better ROI 4. Brand Promotion Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations Organize promotional events, property exhibitions, and site visits Enhance brand visibility in the market 5. Market Research Analyze competitor projects and pricing strategies Monitor real estate market trends and customer preferences Provide insights to improve marketing strategies 6. Vendor & Agency Coordination Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, and vendors Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials 7. Reporting & Analysis Track campaign performance and ROI Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and marketing effectiveness
